Jamie Foxx To Play Mike Tyson in Movie About His Life
It was only a matter of time before they made a movie about the wild, troubled, tragic and glorious life of Mike Tyson. Tyson says Jamie Foxx is going to portray the former youngest-ever heavyweight champion of the world in the upcoming film.
“Within a year to 18 months, we’re going to do the Mike Tyson story and he’s going to portray me, and now they have this new animation; because you know Jamie’s pretty much my age so he can’t portray me but they have this new system,” Tyson told the Daily Mirror
Tyson also told the Mirror that Martin Scorcese would be involved somehow, though he didn’t specify in what capacity.
