Luxury and sport and lifestyle group Kering is setting up two new divisions next month, Luxury – Couture & Leather Goods and Luxury – Watches and Jewelry, both reporting to Chairman and CEO François-Henri Pinault. Marco Bizzarri has been named CEO of the couture and leather goods division in which the CEOs of Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Brioni, Christopher Kane, McQ, Stella McCartney, Tomas Maier and Sergio Rossi report to him. Bizzarri remains President of Bottega Veneta, awaiting the imminent arrival of a new CEO for the brand. Albert Bensoussan has been appointed as the CEO of the watches and jewellery division in which the CEOs of Boucheron, Girard-Perregaux, JeanRichard, Pomellato, Dodo and Qeelin report to him. Gucci, under the responsibility of its Chairman and CEO Patrizio di Marco, remains under François-Henri Pinault’s direct supervision. Patrizio di Marco, Marco Bizzarri and Albert Bensoussan are members of Kering’s Executive Committee and François-Henri Pinault remains Chairman of the board of Saint Laurent.
